BLECK

This passion project turned out to be a success during the summer of 2015. I was hired to manage the start of Bleck. In charge of hiring the best suited staff in town, and figuring out what feeling we wanted to communicate. A difficult job that was very pressed for time. I began the mission, figuring out what feeling would be best for a restaurant in a park and presented this to the owners. When I got that right and started looking for staff, I had an exceptionally difficult job infront of me. I ended up finding a very mixed group with everything from young unexperienced girls from Kenya to old experienced guys from the local area. This mix made us one of the most appreciated restaurants in Stockholm and we had a fantastic summer together.
